Feasability
Implies the feasability study and approval of the project. All activities for the execution are identified and the cost of the project development is established. In this way, the feasability of the project is settled.

Execution
Actions
Implies the total execution of the project. This phase includes the basic engineering, detailed engineering, project management, procurement, cost control, planning and scheduling, fabrication and construction, field erection and mounting, comissioning, and start- up of the project.

The beginning
Foundation of TECNIAVANCE INTERNACIONAL S.A. – TISA
Founded on Dicember 23, 2006. Identified with NIT 900139939-3. On April 2013 we became TECNIAVANCE INTERNACIONAL S.A.S. – TISA.
2006- 2013B&R leaves Colombia, foundation of Procesos y Diseños Energéticos
On 2000, when Brown & Root decided to leave Colombia, PROCESOS Y DISEÑOS ENERGETICOS SA - ENERGETICOS was created as the new engineering firm of WOOD GROUP in Colombia.
Pedro Nel Aristizábal Cardona acted as CEO and co- founder of the company until the year 2007, date in which he retired.
Cusiana Cupiagua Oil Field- British Petroleum
The project Cusiana- Cupiagua continued for British Petroleum - BPX until its finishing during the mid of the year 1999.
Beginning 1999 BP did a prequalification of the Firms that could provide them technical support for all the engineering needs for the field Cusiana- Cupiagua. In this way, the first engineering framework contract between TECNIBRES and BP was signed.
TECNIAVANCE BROWN & ROOT S.A. – TECNIBRES
Fonded on July 28, 1997, acting as CEO Pedro Nel Aristizábal Cardona. In this ocassion, a partnership with (TECNIBRES) was structured in this way: TECNIAVANCE (50%) and HALLIBURTON (50%). HALLIBURTON was the owner of BROWN & ROOT worldwide.
1997British Petroleum contracted BROWN & ROOT Energy Services (B&R)
British Petroleum - BPX contrated BROWN & ROOT Energy Services (B&R) the preliminary and detail engineering for the total development of Cusiana and Cupiagua phase 2 field development; in this project TECNIAVANCE acted as sub- contractor of Brown & Root, becoming the local partner of the project.
From here on the project Cusiana- Cupiagua with BPX, started a working relation with Brown & Root Energy Services. When the project was moved completely to Colombia in the year 1997, Brown & Root and TECNIAVANCE decided to create a new company, using all the infrastructure of TECNIAVANCE in Colombia (personnel, equipments, offices and projects in execuction).
TECNIAVANCE wins tendering processes
TECNIAVANCE won the tender process for the development of basic and detail engineering, and the procurement, contracts, Construction inspection of the Chaparrito, Palmarito, Los Toros and Gaván Stations, and the Oil pipeline for Río Pauto Cusiana North Sector, for ELF AQUITAINE France. This last project, was the first big project won by TECNIAVANCE working on its own.
1991- 1992TECNIAVANCE associated with KENONIC CONTROLS Inc., Calgary (Canadá)
Tendering process achieved with Ecopetrol for the development of basic enginering of the SCADA system for the management and control of 38 pumping stations and the control room in Bogotá. As sub-contractor of GULF INTERSTATE Engineering Company Col, TECNIAVANCE developed the detail engineering of Vasconia II pump station and the On-shore storage terminal in Coveñas.
1988Fist foray in the Petroleum Industry, Association with Williams Brothers
TECNIAVANCE participated with the development of basic and detailed engineering, and procurement in the main projects of pumping stations, pipelines and production facilities, for Ecopetrol, Oxi, Lasmo Oil, Hocol, Petrobras, Argosy Energy, GHK, etc.
TECNIAVANCE associated with Williams Brothers of Tulsa-Oklahoma, winning the tendering process for the development of basic and detail engineering for the water injection plant and six (6) crude heavy oil gathering stations construction for the Casabe oil field of Ecopetrol. Subsequently, and again in association with Williams Brothers, TECNIAVANCE won the project for the execution of the basic and detail engineering of the production facilities of Caño Limón and the On-Shore oil storage terminal of Coveñas for Occidental Petroleum – OXI. Likewise, an opportunity to work with William Brothers arised, in the development of basic and detail engineering of five (5) pumping stations of los Llanos central pipeline for Ecopetrol (Apiay, El Porvenir, Araguaney, Miraflores, y Velásquez).
TECNIAVANCE INGENIEROS LTDA was founded in September 21, 1975.
The initial focus of TECNIAVANCE was founded in the execution of projects in the industrial sector, developing engineering, construction and set-ups for various industrial projects for companies like Bavaria SA, Ingenio Mayagüez, Cartón Colombia, etc.
